Built in 2007, our handcrafted log chalet is situated on beautiful lac Dumouchel, nestled on 500 acres of beautiful Quebec countryside. Lounge by our fieldstone fireplace immersed in the crackling sound of the fire or gaze at the stars from your private deck. To provide for your comfort, our chalet is equipped with a full gourmet kitchen, a large screened-in porch, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and laundry facilities. Towels and sheets are included. The living room and dining room offer a spectacular view of your private beach and surrounding mountains.

As our guests, you will have access to our new fully equipped gym, wooded walking & hiking trails, 2 labyrinths (traditionally used for meditation) and our boats.

Take the time to reward yourself with one of our outstanding ayurvedic massages. Our holistic health retreat is just steps away. This age-old process promotes relaxation and balance. An ayurvedic massage provides relief from pain and stress, improves sleep, aids circulation, tones the skin, eliminates toxins and enhances emotional well-being.  Choose from 50 to 250 minutes of massage. Also, try our far-infrared sauna. 

The quaint town of Cheneville, 6 km away, offers many of the modern conveniences - supermarket, drugstore, bakery, walk-in clinic, bank, and restaurants. Cheneville is located in the heart of the Outaouais area, only 10 minutes away from Lac Simon, 25 minutes from Montebello, 40 minutes away from Mont Tremblant, and 90 minutes from Ottawa, the Nation's Capital and 2 hours from Montreal.

We also have a lakefront auberge with cozy and comfortable rooms and a lounge with fireplace offering a splendid view of the lake and surrounding mountains.

Property policies

• LOW SEASON
• Deposit: 50% of the amount before tax is required for booking reservations. Balance is payable 45 days before arrival.
  
  
• No refund is issued for cancellation made within one month of the arrival date.
  
  A $350 security deposit is included in the balance payable one month before arrival. This deposit will be refunded within 45 days after departure.
  
• HIGH SEASON
• Deposit: 50% of the amount before tax is required for booking reservations. Balance is payable three months before arrival.
  
  No refund is issued for reservations made for the high season if the cancellation is made within three (3) months of the arrival date.
