You will find during summer time a heated pool and lighted (disco light) 20 x 24 x 40 feet. In addition, take advantage of both B.B.Q. including a luxury one with a fridge, the gazebo and outdoor fireplace and make beach volleyball. 

Take advantage of bedrooms with their dream mattress known for comfort with duvet comforter and HD TV. Also, warm dining room, 2 fireplaces, friendly kitchen opening onto a patio furnished with care, whirlpool bath, separate shower, IHot tub, nternet and Super Écran.

Also, furniture new and sought, playroom for children and one for the not so young children with pool table, home-theater system including a 65-inch TV, popcorn machine, Play Station 3 and Wii, bistro, etc..

Located near the legendary downtown Magog and Lake Memphremagog, the Parc national du Mont-Orford, the downtown Sherbrooke and the most beautifuls tourists activities of the Eastern Townships. The house is easily accessible within 5 minutes of Highway 10, 1 hr 30 mins from Montreal, 45 minutes of Drummondville, 30 minutes from the U.S. Customs of Stanstead and 2 h 30 from Quebec.

Everything is at your disposal to facilitate your stay: Towels and bath products, hair dryer, iron, bedding, accessories for baby. In addition, kitchen accessories ranging from dinnerware to fondue and raclette stoves through wine glasses 25 oz and cutlery.

Property policies

• GST 5%, QST 7,5% and taxes hosting $2 per day ar not included in prices.
• For reservation, a deposit of 50% of the rent is due, bank transfer and check accepted. In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
• The balance is payable in cash, postal money order or vised check upon your arrival.
• Security deposit of 500$.
